Unwanted Wife novel Chapter 79

Thunder POV

I've been calling Jhazzy she is not answering it, that woman is really annoying. Dark is with me now he came back after he fetch Calliyah and take her to the condo.

After a minute the door opened and it spat out the woman I had been waiting for how many hours. "Where did you go? You said you just only need to buy something and will be back here. You know I'm going somewhere else." I said.

"I just bought something and I bumped into my friend, I'm ashamed to leave her early so we took our lunch together." she explained.

"I'm leaving, he's okay now the doctor has already checked him. You can go home when he wakes up. Dark will take you two in your condo." I said and stood up.

"No need, I have a car with me so don't bother your friend anymore."

"It's up to you. I'm leaving because my wife is still waiting. Let's go bro." I said.

"Go now Thunder I know Jewel is waiting for you." Dark replied so I just nodded and then finally left the room.

I quickly left the hospital and got in my car. The mall is right near here where my wife is so I'll just pick her up there. And since there was no traffic I got there quickly and saw Jewel standing at the entrance of the mall.

I immediately got out of my car and went to the spot where she was, it looked like she hadn’t seen me yet. When I got close to her I kissed her on the cheek which surprised her.

She quickly hit me and I just laughed. " You didn't inform me that you were already here." She said while pouting.

"It looks like you're out of order and you didn't notice that I'm already here. What did you buy?" I asked her.

"Here, I haven't bought much."

"I thought you were going to have a grocery?" I asked again.

"Yes, I gave it to our driver earlier and I sent him home first. I was just going to commute, I don't want our driver to wait long."

"That's why you have a driver so you don't have to commute." I said.

"Nah, I just don't want him to wait for me too long."

I took the things she bought and put them in the car, while she got in first.

When I fixed all the things she bought, I drove home. Actually I changed my mind at first. I was planning to take her out on a date but I changed my plan. 

"How's your day?" I asked him while driving.

"It's fine and I just met a new friend."

I wrinkled my forehead. "Friend? Who? You just met where?" I asked.

She just nodded in response. "Yes, in the mall." 

"Don't be too friendly. Some people are not good." I said

"She's kind." She's persistent.

Sometimes my wife is really overly kind, she suddenly trusts people even if she just met it.

"Just be careful always." I instructed her and continued driving.

Dark POV

I really meant to stay here in the hospital, I really don’t trust this woman. Even though the investigator that Thunder paid to know all the things about this woman didn't have any result yet, I am confident that my friend is not the real father of this child. 

What is the motive of this woman? Why does she have to pretend that Thunder is the father of her child?

"Why are you looking at me like that?" She asked me as she noticed that I was looking at her.

"Is it bad? I'm just looking at the mother of this young Thunder's son. Maybe I'll remember you because we've been friends since we were kids so we have always been together since then." I said seriously.

"It's been a long time and I'm sure when Thunder and I met he wasn't with his friends."

"I see, why did you just show up this month? How old is your son." I ask.

"We've been staying abroad for a long time and I don't want to ruin a family because I know Thunder is already married."

"So why are you here now? For what? Tell me what your real intentions are? You clearly said you don't want to ruin the family that Thunder has." I said, I really want to see how far this woman will pretend.

"Since my son is not a child anymore he's already looking for his father, I don't want to deny him about it. I don't want to keep a secret from my son and I know he deserves to know his father. If you're worried that I'm going to destroy his family, I'm not."

"I hope so, because my friend is happy now with his family. They've been through a lot so I hope nothing breaks it." I said.

"Like what I said, I'm not going to ruin the family of your friend. I don't have a habit of doing that. I'm also not going to mess with her wife's and son's life, I just did it for my son who is looking for a father."

"It's good to know it. I know how much my friend loves his wife and that even if someone ruined it, I still believe they will still fix it." I said and stood up.

"I have to go now, you said you can go home with your son alone." I added.

I saw her nod so I went out the door. I know that woman is planning something bad with my friends and I need to know what it is. We need to know who the real father of her child is.

I finally got out of the hospital and got in my car and because it was getting late, I was going home.
