Unwanted Wife novel Chapter 90

Margaux POV

Kuya Thunder and I are here now outside the gate. I'm nervous that Ate Jewel might be angry with me but I can't do anything because we're here now. I just hope my interference doesn't hurt them.

I went in first and left Kuya outside to wait for my signal. It was as if Granny and Jewel were sitting in the living room.

"Oh Marga, you're here. I thought you'd come home late." Granny said.

" I just went somewhere. The truth is that I have someone with me now." I said.

"Who? Is he your boyfriend? ." Ate Jewel teases me, if you only knew that your husband was there.

"Where? Why don't you let your visitor in?" Granny said.

"Yes, wait and I'll call him." embarrassed I nodded and walked back outside.

I saw Kuya Thunder just silent while waiting for me.

"Let's go in." I said to him,

He nodded and we entered at the same time, I could still hear the laughter of the two inside so I was even more nervous.

"Big sister, Granny, he's already here." I get the attention of them both.

Ate Jewel's eyes almost widened when she saw who was behind me. She obviously didn't think they would meet today.

"Thunder ..." She said softly.

Granny seemed to notice so she stood up. "Come on Marga and help me clean up first." and I immediately went along.

Jewel POV

I stood up because I couldn't believe that my husband whom I hadn't seen in weeks, was in front of me now.

"H-how ----."

I never finished what I was going to say when he cut it off. " Marga, I hope you don't get mad at her because she told me. She just wants to help you." he said.

I sat down again and couldn't speak because I didn't know what to say to him. No one wants to get out of my mouth.

He sat down in the front seat and looked at me seriously. "You just left without hearing my explanation."

"Do I need to wait for it even if I'm hurt? Do I still need to hear that even if I already know the truth? You have no intention of telling me, do you? How many weeks or months have you been hiding it  from me! I have asked you several times if there is a problem but your answer to me is no. " I said boldly.

“I have a reason, I don't want to hurt you so I didn't tell you first. "

"And you don't think I'll never get hurt because you hid?" full of resentment I promised.

"It's not like that, I know in myself that it's not my child! That's why I hired an investigator. I'm just looking for the right time to tell you because I know how you will react and I don't want our family to get into trouble . "

"Whether it's your son or not, you should  tell me! I can understand that, Thunder. I'll still be with you in that problem! And you know what's even more painful is that you made me look like a fool. It turns out that you and Jhazzy know each other but you two are still pretending, that's why you don't want us to be close because you're hiding something from me! " I almost crouched down.

"Hon." he tries to hold me but I just walk away.

"Tell me how could I trust a person who lied to me? How could I trust you again this time? I felt betrayed by my own husband!" I said crying.

"Jewel please listen to me." he begged.

"No Thunder! You listen to me, I don't want to talk to you so please leave." I said..

"No! I'm not leaving here until we finish talking. Even if I beg you every day I will."

"Whatever you say, I don't care." I nodded and turned my back on him.

Thunder POV

I almost fainted when my wife turned her back on me and entered her room. I know she's hurting too much now and I can't blame her because I know it's my fault why we're like this again.

"Kuya are you okay? Where is Ate?" Marga asked.

"She's in her room I think." I said briefly.

"Let him think first, maybe she's just shocked.

Soon an old man appeared, all I knew was that it was with them. "Iho, have you and your wife done talking? She asked.

I shook my head. "Not yet, but I won't stop until she forgives me." I promise.

"You will be okay soon, Are you still going home? You can sleep here this night."

"No, I'll just check in at the hotel. I'll be back tomorrow. Thank you for accepting and taking care of my wife." I politely said.

"Oh no, your wife is kind. Are you sure you're leaving?"

"Yeah, I'll just be back tomorrow." After I said that I got up and said goodbye.

Even if I want to stay here, I don't want to because my wife might get even angrier, maybe I'll just come back tomorrow to talk to her again. I hope I don't have a hard time.

Margaux led me out of the gate. "Thank you Marga for your help." I promise.

"It’s nothing brother, as long as I do it for Ate Jewel and I also want you to get along. Looks like you don't know anything yet and I don't want to lead Ate in that matter."

"That's okay, you've helped a lot in telling me where she is. If I need to know anything I'll just wait for her to tell me herself." I said and said goodbye.

I got in the car and drove to the hotel which is also very close to the house where my wife lives. Tomorrow I will come back because it is necessary if my wife recovers.
