　　In another mansion, Katarina Cang was relinquishing herself from a wine bath in her bathtub.

　　The aroma of burned lavender scented candle being wafted throughout the four corners of the bathroom adding to her very relaxed state.

　　This peaceful scene was however disturbed when her phone rang. "Any news?," she answered, knowing who the caller is.

　　"None." The man on the other line replied. "None?!"

　　"None." The man resolutely said.

　　"How come?" Katarina once said frowning.

　　"That's why I called you. No information means you are up to someone with strong backing. But don't worry, I'll uncover this. Just be careful."

　　"You too." Katarina said and dropped the call. He is right, no information could only possibly tell something--- that, that person has either a strong backing or is the strong person itself.

　　An ordinary person's information could easily be tracked and acquired in this modern technological era.

　　On the other hand, the investigation about Veronica results in nothing. What's more surprising for Katarina is that, there's actually none being discovered despite that it's already him who investigated everything hands on.

　　Was she really underestimating that woman at all? Katarina Cang is furious with herself. "I should have known." She murmured as she held her phone tightly.

　　The next morning at Sy International, Rawlf had just walked inside his office when Secretary Ryan knocked and walked inside.

　　Seeing the President just arrived, he let him settle first. "Speak."

　　"Madam Ming is creating a scene in the lobby."

　　"How is security so useless?" Rawlf said coldly. "Actually President…. "

　　"Tell them to drag her out and no matter what she will do, ignore and don't let her in." "She threatened to strip out naked if you won't talk to her." Secretary said directly.

　　Rawlf laughs in a mocking tone. "Let her do it then." "But President…."

　　"What?" Rawlf raised his left brow towards his secretary.

　　"Well President, she was your father's former woman, if she stripped naked, then your father…"

　　"So you're worried about him when he himself wasn't even thinking about his reputation and name before getting involved with that shameless woman."

　　Secretary Ryan knelt on one knee. "Bring her to the conference room."

　　Secretary Ryan bowed his head lower before standing up to do the President's order.

　　When the Secretary left his office, Rawlf dialed his phone's number. As soon as the call was answered he said,

　　"You're woman threatened to be stripped naked when I won't see her. I decided to be civil for the meantime because I'm still considering your old feelings with her. After this talk and if she still won't be grateful for my kindness she does not deserve, don't blame me if you could only look at her grave the next time you come back here."

　　The other line was silent for a while and Rawlf could hear his father clearing his throat. "We talked about this before."

　　Rawlf no longer replied and just dropped the call. The meaning is clearly stated.

　　Very good then, at least his father knows his priority and clearly has his mind on a better option. Seeing that almost half an hour passed, Rawlf decided to meet the shameless woman.

　　The same time, inside the conference room, Allia Ming's served tea had turned cold without her even trying to taste it due to her desperation.

　　She needs to see Rawlf. She needs to talk to him! She must!

　　Her son's life and future is at stake here!

　　She has been waiting for almost thirty minutes now and yet, the man hasn't made his appearance yet.

　　Allia Ming knew he was intentional yet still, she couldn't be arrogant now.

　　When she heard the conference room's door open, Allia Ming stood up to welcome the man she assumed would be Rawlf Sy.

　　However, she instead saw one staff member entering and asked her if she needed her tea to be replaced or anything else.

　　The staff was polite and professional with how she talked and looked at who caused a scene last time and even today, this also made Allia Ming feel embarrassment, however, embarrassment in the sense of anger for herself and plot for revenge when she survived this phase of her life!

　　"I would call for you or anyone if I would need some help. Don't disturb me anymore." Allia Ming replied arrogantly, trying to intimidate the staff in front of her.

　　The staff ignored her provocation and just bowed to walk out of the conference room.

　　When the staff just left, the door opened once more, this time, Allia Ming didn't look up or stood up thinking it's the same staff once again.

　　When she felt the intimidating and strong atmosphere, Allia Ming realized Rawlf was finally here.

　　She was about to stand up when the man told her to remain seated.

　　"Ryan." She heard him talk to his secretary and soon, a brown folder was pushed in front of her. When she raised her face to look at him, she saw that the man wasn't looking at her but rather his line of sight was directly looking at the panoramic view of the City I.

　　"Rawlf I…" Allia Ming started but was cut off by Secretary Ryan.

　　"Please read the content of the folder first Madam Ming," the secretary said.

　　Hesitatingly, Allia Ming opened the folder and reading the first lines, her frown deepened. When she got to the specific words, her whole body trembled.
