　　Rawlf saw Veronica seated at the edge of the bed, obviously waiting for him. He smiled softly at her when their eyes met.

　　"Stay still. I'll get you a glass of milk after I change clothes." "I'm not disabled."

　　"And?" Rawlf softly chuckled walking to the wardrobe.

　　"What I'm trying to say is… you're spoiling me like a disabled."

　　Rawlf paused and turned to face her, "Does that how it makes you feel?" "No but,"

　　"Then it shouldn't be an issue." Rawlf smirked and turned back to take his cloth, however, he already saw a pair of white tee-shirt and a boxer shorts atop the table beside his wardrobe.

　　The man laughed softly and took to wear it. Veronica heard his laughing voice and watch him dress up.

　　"Seen enough?"

　　"Does that make you feel uncomfortable?" "No," replied Rawlf. His eyes were dark.

　　"It's not an issue then." Veronica replied coquettishly, leaning on the bed like an empress watching her concubine get dressed.

　　Rawlf just ignored the teasing woman and wore his clothes. After Rawlf finally wore his clothes, he walked out of their room and sometime later, he brought with him a warm glass of milk.

　　"Drink this first. And after that, we could talk."

　　Veronica did so, finishing the milk, so as to reciprocate with his doting effort. Rawlf decided to return the glass back to the kitchen leaving Veronica alone in the room once again.

　　"Here I am already agitated to tell him and here he was, acting as usual," she murmured.

　　After a while, Rawlf returned back to their room and lay on his side of the bed. He stared at Veronica on the edge before pulling him to lie in his embrace.

　　"But we need to talk. I have something to tell you."

　　"I know. We can talk like this." Rawlf kissed the tip of her nose.

　　Veronica tightened her embrace around him, inhaled his fresh scent, heaved a sigh and started to talk.

　　"I don't know if I told you this before but our children were two months premature."

　　Rawlf listened the entire time and not even let himself ask to break her momentum. He listened intently and carefully so as not to miss anything.

　　Veronica's father already hinted to him something that happened when she was seven months pregnant.

　　Eddie didn't elaborate much because he still respected and wanted his own daughter to personally share that story to the man she chose to be with.

　　Rawlf accepted that decision and now, Veronica finally opened herself to him.

　　When Veronica was seven months pregnant, she was abducted by someone from the underworld.

　　That was a shock to Veronica's parents and Uncle Bien because the latter and also them were tightly secured in the castle. However, one of the new workers at the castle in Country R was actually a spy of an underworld force who was known to deal with inhumane and immoral things to satisfy their blood-hungry audiences.

　　Uncle Bien didn't remember how that force was offended by him that they even abducted his pregnant niece and if he and Country R's intelligence weren't fast enough, the act against Veronica while being pregnant was watched by audiences who enjoyed all these kinds of immoral acts to helpless people.
