　　"You should have died five years ago!"

　　Veronica was surprised to hear it but she kept her calm. "What do you mean?"

　　Julie Tan just laughed maniacally as she sat herself on the sofa facing Veronica.

　　"Because you took Rawlf from me! He's mine! Mine! Mine! And you dared took him away from me!"

　　Julie Tan screamed, obviously, she's not emotionally and mentally stable.

　　"Julie, you're sick. Put that gun away from me and I assure you, I won't take any offense from this."

　　"You b*tch! How dare you still act like that! I'm not ill!" Julie Tan sound triggered.

　　"No, you are not. You need help." Veronica said in a calm voice however, Julie Tan who was already in a volatile state received it as being taunted.

　　She stood up, approached Veronica and slapped her harshly, the same side of face Veronica was slapped early on.

　　Veronica closed her fist, trying to be patient. She knew that it would be hard to make Julie Tan reveal the matter of her accident if she would overpower her that she's not stable.

　　She must still act weak and subservient to let the woman in front of her speak freely. She knew by now that Zero and her men in Baelforce who were stealthily trailing after them earlier were just around waiting for her signal to act.

　　Julie Tan once again laughed like a totally crazy woman as if enjoying what she just did, however seeing how unperturbed Veronica is being, Julie Tan once again is furious.

　　"Bang!" One shot was around nine inches away from Veronica's left foot. "Bang!" Another shot seven inches away from her left ear.

　　"Bang" another shot that grazed Veronica's right shoulder and if she wasn't any quicker to avoid, could have injured her seriously.

　　Veronica heaved a sigh, the grazed is small but it still hurt a bit.

　　Veronica's patience is almost at her limit, however, she's not dealing with a normal person but rather to mentally unstable woman.

Veronica uttered and quickly stood up, leaned her back away from the young woman, grabbed Julie Tan by her left arm that was holding the gun, pushed Julie Tan's hand off the gun with her right palm, kicked the falling gun with her left foot upward and catch it with her left hand as she pull her towards her and with the same leg she used to kick the gun upward, tripped Julie Tan down the ground to subdue her.

　　Veronica did it so fast it shocked and confused Julie Tan.

　　Julie Tan tried to wiggle to move, however, Veronica gripped her strongly giving Julie Tan no room or chance to fight back.

　　"B*tch!" Julie Tan screamed loudly thus annoying Veronica and with quick movements, snap punched her on the chin, front middle, below the lip making Julie Tan faint in a second.

　　The door of the house suddenly slammed open and when Veronica looked up, she saw the handsome yet frowning Rawlf.
