Gwen : I ll take the responsibility Sir, I don't know what happened to her, but its not like her to take leave without informing me, I ll check on her.

MRV : No, I ll talk to her, just ask Dylan to complete the work, you may leave now..

Something would have happend yesterday between them, that's the only reason she is not here now,,I cant even ask about this to Taiga since he ll be responsible for her absence..I hope she is alright.
