Anton Brotherhood novel Chapter 39

Meeting his men back at the North Hotel, Anton asked everyone to go home for rest. They would talk about everything the next day.

“No way! Jason, you let a little girl follow me all day?” Anton looked at Jason in disbelief. If he let a girl follow him day and night, then he…. Anton dared not imagine. Anyway, he couldn't let Zara come home with him, right? At least his parents wouldn't accept that.

Jason said seriously, “Boss Williams, you need to know that you are no longer an ordinary middle school student. Your life determines the whole gang's survival. If something happens to you, the Anton Brotherhood will collapse in less than half a month. For your safety and for the sake of the Anton Brotherhood, Zara must be with you!”

Anton felt a headache hearing this. He knew that Jason was reasonable, but having Zara around would really be inconvenient. He said reluctantly, “I can protect myself. I don't need to be protected by others!”

Jason shook his head. Thinking of an idea, he turned to Anton and said, “How about this? Boss, you pick out five members in the Ghost Regime. If you can defeat them, you really have the strength to protect yourself, and Zara won't have to follow you. If you are defeated, boss, then you'll have to say yes!”

Beside them, Carl, Jasper, and other people sensed a coming scene. They held back the desire of going home to sleep and smiled at Anton and Jason. Jasper shouted loudly, “Boss, fight them. What are you afraid of? I believe in your ability! Ha ha….”

Carl was annoyed on hearing the high-pitched laughter, so he kicked Jasper aside and also said loudly, “Damn it, how powerful can the Ghost Regime be? Jason, I bet you've never seen the boss fight. He won't even be afraid of eight or ten people, let alone five people!”

Anton smiled at his words. Actually, he agreed with Carl. After all, the Ghost Regime had just been trained for more than a month. What could be achieved in such a short time? Nodding, Anton agreed to Jason's request.

Having randomly chosen five of the men, Anton led them into a spacious hall and left everyone else except for Jason outside. Jasper was dissatisfied with this, so he muttered, “Why does he do this again? We are not allowed to watch it! Is boss afraid of being humiliated in front of us if he loses?”

Just finishing speaking, there were two shoe prints on Jasper's butt. One was from Carl and the other was from Bruce… Albert also wanted to kick him, but Jasper had been kicked away.

About ten minutes later, Anton and the others came out of the room. No one spoke. Anton went to Zara and said, “Come with me!” Then he made a phone call to his home, saying that he would live in the school dorm since it would be inconvenient to go back and forth between school and home that was too far away. After that, Anton directly booked a standard room in the North Hotel.

The others asked Jason about the result, but Jason shook his head and drove home without saying anything. But according to Anton's performance, everyone guessed that their boss must have lost! They didn't notice the defeated expression of Jason.

Anton and Zara entered the room. Seeing her expressionless face, Anton wanted to amuse her. He laughed and said, “Zara, can you smile?”

Zara was stunned. She did not respond, took off her coat, and laid on the bed. Anton flushed and said to himself that this girl was really cool. Anton went into the bathroom and washed his body. After a fierce fight, he always felt his body was full of blood. A bath would make him mentally comfortable.

When Anton finished his bath and laid on the bed, Zara rose from the bed and went into the bathroom blushing. Anton could not sleep. He was stunned when his eyes swept over the bathroom. It turned out that the bathroom door was made of glass. From inside, one could not see anything outside, but from outside, everything inside looked dimly visible. Looking at Zara's vaguely naked body, Anton blushed immediately, thinking that he was seen by Zara before.

With that, Anton put the quilt over his head. 'Whatever, I'll sleep first!' (Alas! It was burying his head in the sand!)

The next day, Stephan came to see Anton himself. After seeing Anton, Stephan laughed and said, “Bro, good for you! A great battle in the early morning. Although you did not kill Filbert, he was seriously injured!”

Anton was shocked. He hurriedly asked, “Filbert did not die?”

“No, but he was badly injured from the blast. This is what a friend in the city committee told me, haha….”
