Chapter 16: Kissing Strangers

"Wow." I exhaled. "It's beautiful."

"I know right, come." Jesse forcefully pulled me as my eyes didn't leave the breathtaking view. I didn't know a lake could look this amazing at night. "This is my special place so you better not tell anyone." Jesse's messy back hair was whisked by a sudden wave of chilling air.

"I'm gonna tell everyone." I teased, smirking as he turned back around.

"I hate you." He let out.

"No you don't." I replied, catching up to his pace.

After finally finishing our walk towards the lake and sitting down near it, I finally closed my eyes, taking a deep breath.

"You better not tell anyone about this place." My eyes met Jesse's, the sounds of water gently hitting against each other making its way towards my ears. "I mean it." His reddened lips smiled.

"Silence, I'm trying to relax." I teasingly smiled back as the sounds that's surrounded us were incredibly relaxing.

"Silence me with your mouth." Jesse's deep voice was slightly hoarse as it bluntly spoke, making my eyes widen again, this time wider, if that was even possible.

"I don't kiss strangers." I furrowed my brows down at him as I couldn't help but look down at his incredibly chiseled body, almost glistening at me.

"The best types of kisses come from strangers."

I looked at him as his face was incredibly unreadable but yet so perfect. "I beg to differ." I replied, feeling intimidation still run through me.

I felt his familiarly warm hand fall on mine as we sat still next to each other, watching the lake. "Pretty cool spot right?" He asked deeply.
