Crash-landed On An Island With Nine Beauties novel Chapter 78

[Ping! 1/3 task completed. New task unlocked.]

With the help of the Cannibal, Damien arrived at the foot of the baobab tree and was able to put the body in the room which was on the watchtower.

[Ping! Task 2/3, trial mode. Guide the girls through making fire.]

THE FUCK! ARE Y'ALL KIDDING ME? WHY SHOULD THAT BE MY PROBLEM? HOW AM I EVEN SUPPOSED TO DO THAT WHEN THEY CAN'T SEE ME?

Damien couldn't risk being overheard by the Cannibal who was now standing at the foot of the Boabab tree, looking to and fro. The Cannibal was so passionate about the task.

He realized that he was going off the point. There was a new task which popped up just few seconds after he put the body in the watchtower.

Not only was the task too sudden, but the theme was rather ridiculous.

WHY SHOULD I DO IT? WHY!!!

He didn't want to, but then he knew that he didn't have a choice. He could only yell on top of his voice. He couldn't even do that, not at that moment when --

THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION TO IGNORE A TASK OR SKIP OR CHANGE IT TO A PREFERRED ONE.

HOW COULD THIS SYSTEM BE SO --

He didn't seem to find the appropriate adjective with which he would qualify his intentions.

A sudden realization dawned on him.

THOSE DUMB BITCHES CAN'T MAKE FIRE? WHAT THE FUCK DO THEY KNOW HOW TO DO? FUCK! CUSS! SHAKE THEIR BUTTS! TWERK! GLOAT! FIGHT!

WHAT A BUNCH OF NUISANCE.

It was a ritual of him to take out his anger on whatever topic he deemed fit as the scapegoat.

AND THIS CRAZY SYSTEM.

He looked from the watchtower. His eyes caught that mountain again. He had wanted to go there. It was his plan, before the random and unwanted things foiled the plans.

There was no activity or life in sight aside the mountain.

"One day, I'll go there. I'm sure I will."

He nodded to himself.

"Who knows, there might be greater things there."

He heaved a sigh heavy enough to drown a cruise ship. He realized that there was something else that was important at that moment.

"Fuck this."

His tongue slipped. He climbed down the Boabab tree and dropped on the earth.

"Lugal... Lugal... Did you call me?"

"Ignore me."

He snapped at the Cannibal. He didn't know if he could really trust the body to the care of the Cannibal.

MAYBE I'M THINKING TOO MUCH.

He looked around for the last time. He took another sigh. He couldn't count the numbers of sighs he had heaved in few minutes.

When he couldn't find anything suspicious, he led himself in the direction of the castle. His castle. Which he hadn't lived in for two days!!!

Claire was wandering in the woods. She looked unkempt and tired. Her lips cracked, eyes heavy, clothes dirty. It would be hard to believe by a fan of BMX group that their hot model is a mess. Such a mess!

Her mind was led by her soles. Shouldn't it be vice versa?

Damien took a plain and open path, while she, a path in an undergrowth. That way, they missed each other. While he was headed to the castle, unconsciously she was headed to the watchtower.

"What's that? A Cannibal?"

Her jaws dropped when she saw a Cannibal at the foot of the Boabab tree.

"What's he doing here?"
