After she ended her phone call with Talia, Sadie took a look on the time, she sent a message to Daisy asking her to leave the door open, she then went to Milra immediately.

After she changed her outfit, her face suddenly flushed, She then put on her shirt and exited the door curiously.

“Why am I dressed like this to a clubhouse opening?” she thought.

Talia was waiting for her colleagues to finish their makeup in the dressing room. Sadie was about to ask her why dressing so sexy, just at the moment , one of her colleague asked the same question.

“It’s a good pay. anyone who is reluctant to join can leave now,” said Talia. “30 minutes walk with 3 outfits, pay 10,000, this is surely a good pay.

The colleague was embarrassed and continued the make-up.

Sadie gave a long breath, sat down, opened the box and started the make-up though it was cheap.

They arrived at 6:30 though it started at 7:30.

The clubhouse was located on the side of downtown where was nearby the city park, it was close to the museum. It was definitely not as eye-catching location. There was only a classical lantern outside the clubhouse.

Sadie was confused when she reached the clubhouse.

She felt that the clubhouse was familiar though it was the first time she came.

She asked Dean Esme about things before she was 12 years old, but Dean Esme said Sadie had a fever that caused her to forget her childhood days.

She checked the working schedule and Sadie found that she had a terrible fever and her face was burnt causing it to be inflamed. Her situation was critical at the moment.

At the time, several top professors were having a study meeting there, and one of the them was the classmate of Dean Esme, she was lucky to survive because of Dean Esme.

Her relationship was closer to Dean Esme compared to the other children.

Dean Esme encouraged Sadie to find out the truth about her past, and to see if she was abandoned or it was a trafficking case. Just Dean Esme was always hurried when mentioned such issue.

She can not tell what it was, but it was just like the feeling when she got the donation, her eyes was shining, and she was just like changing the numbers on the bank account into cash and lay it on the bed immediately.

She was really hurried.

She was eager to find out the truth every time she thought about it. But Dean Esme’s expression always made her frightened, she could feel that Dean Esme had hidden something to her.

“What’s wrong with you ?” Talia patted her and asked, then she handed a mask to Sadie “you younger wear this.”

Coming back to her sense, Sadie took the mask.

Talia was a good person, she asked for high commission, but she strongly stood by their side when needed.

Sadie knew this, otherwise she would not work for her for such a long time.

After reaching the backstage, they were curious about the owner of the clubhouse.

It seemed that the owner has a good taste, the clubhouse was different than the other clubhouse.

“Got it”, one of the colleague raised the phone and she was quite exited. “it is said that Samuel Read of the MR Group is the owner of this clubhouse, no wonder it’s so amazing.”

Sadie was stunned after hearing the words.

This name was heard somewhere, at least before she was 12 years old.

“A good taste has nothing to do with us.” one of the colleague said. “are you expecting him to be interested in one of us ? don’t be silly, it’s not the time to dream though it’s getting dark.”

All laughed out and was infatuated.

Sadie laughed out too and then sat for a while, Sadie went to the bathroom as her phone rang.

It was Otto Newman’s assistant. It was not a good mood. After hearing his words, she widened her eyes in confusion “I understand,” replied Sadie.

She was agitated after the phone call. She was about to call Otto. But Otto did it first.

She answered the call with trembled hand, and another hand raised to her chest and pressed her exciting heart, her face flushed. “You don’t have to do this for me, Otto,” said Sadie.

“Why didn’t you tell me about it, little silly,” said Otto. Otto was like to blame her. “if it was not Diego went to the hospital, and saw your sister, we could not know how serious Dean Esme is now.”

“I’m sorry…” Sadie apologized and thanked Otto.

Actually Dean Esme was ill for quite a long time, she got to take drugs before, but it turned more serious now, a surgery was needed for now.

Sadie didn’t say this because she just didn’t want to hear the words from those who didn’t believe their love, and said she was just in love with his money.

“Little silly, you can withdraw the money whenever you need, the password is the date of your birthday,” said Otto gently, “you don’t have to do part time job, it is tough and not a good pay.”

“Okay” Sadie replied, she heard someone was talking there, and she added, “ call me when you’re free.”

Otto smiled and said, “that’s good” then he ended the call.

Sadie was relieved as she held the phone. She was just worried how to ask for money from Otto, but his assistant suddenly came to send the bank card to her after he knew that Dean Esme was in severe illness.

The money was not enough to pay back the to DHG group, but it can last for a while at least. She was determined to pay back the money to Otto. He was her first love, and she just wanted a clear love in their relation, no others.

Especially, money.

Calming down for a while, she opened the door and returned to her seat.

At 7:00, Talia came to check their make-up and mask, “Remember to wear your masks well, do not remove your masks during event, for those without mask, jut walk well, do not mess up,” said Talia seriously.

“Noted.” All replied.

Sadie wore the blue butterfly mask, she lowered her head to she could see that her cheongsam had opened almost till her waist, she took a deep breath.

MR Group was a well-developed company, it was involved in several industries such as the television industry, they had even made some super stars, the best actors and the best actresses.

The members of the club were wealthy or noble, Sadie could not understand why they just wanted to watch an indecent cheongsam show.

Before she could figure out, the event started.

Talia had instructed the group on their tasks before the opening. So everyone was holding their state property after existing the door.

Sadie received a fan and a tray with a purple sand pot on top.

After the sound of Guqin started, she moved aside the bead curtain with the fan, holding the tray, walking ahead along side of the red carpet.

She dared not to look others, but she still could find a man with prominent nose and deep-set eyes, looked noble, and was sitting in the main seat.

He was sitting in the chair lazily, and he was holding a glass of red wine, his eyes showed a faint smile.

Grey suit which was handmade, and matched with his figure very well. The buttons on the shirt were all well fixed, though there were couple of people surrounding him, his face looked so much impressive.

Samuel Read...? a sudden memory came to her mind and she lost her mind for a while, which made her almost hit her colleague, but she finally calmed down.
