At the sound of my voice, her heartbeat quickened. From her stance, she looked like she was going to bolt at any minute. To prevent that, I blurred to her front, blocking her path.

A smirk tugged at the corners of my lips when I saw her face. It was the nun from the church. It wouldn't have been easy to recognize her with the way she was dressed if I hadn't scanned her the moment her eyes met mine. 

She was cladded in ripped shorts that could barely cover her ass cheeks and thigh-high boots. Her top was made of net material, revealing her generous boobs that were spilling from a lacy black bra. Her hair which I'd assumed was blonde from the picture I'd seen on her phone, was now midnight black, styled into a bob.

She stood still staring at me with wide eyes, her heart thudding erratically. From the way she looked at me, I could tell she hadn't recognized me.
