Chapter 244 The Consequences of Her Actions

The front of the house was crowded with reporters. The endless sound of cameras flashing, and people discussing, laughing, and cursing filled the place.

Kisa stood at the window and sneered at the situation inside the house. She saw Carolyn hugging a blanket in fear, with a shirtless stranger standing beside her.

Sharon rushed through the crowd and roared, “Mom, what are you doing? What the hell is going on?”

“How would I know what’s going on?!” Carolyn’s eyes were bloodshot red, and her voice was loud and sharp, “Stop it! Stop taking pictures! This is all a misunderstanding!” However, the reporters only laughed, and the sound of the cameras became louder and louder.

Carolyn glared at the man next to her and roared, “Who are you?! Why are you doing this?! Who’s paying you to do this?!”

The man stared at Carolyn innocently and said, “What are you talking about, Mrs. Case? You’re the one who asked me to satisfy you. You said you would bring your daughter and friends here for a vacation and told me to come early. I was scared at first, but you told me that no one would be suspicious of us if we said it was a vacation. You even told me that you’d knock your daughter and friends out so that no one would find out about us. How can you say that you don’t know me now?”

“Shut up! That’s nonsense. You’re making things up!” Carolyn reached out and grabbed the man, but he pushed her away and said, “You’re a bad person, Mrs. Case. You told me all those sweet words just to sleep with me, but now you’re saying you don’t know me in front of all the reporters?”

“You’re lying! This is slander!” Carolyn shouted.

“Huh? I can’t believe she’s still playing games at an age like hers.”

“I know, right? She even wanted to knock out her own daughter and friends just to sleep with the dude.”

“Tsk. I heard she was quite the celebrity when she was younger, but what she’s doing now is absolutely scandalous.”

“Yeah. At least Emile Becker, who was as famous as her back then, spent the night with Mr. Case when he was single. She even got married to him. This really shows the difference between their character.”

“She’s in her fifties, yet she still fools around. Tsk. Who knows how many people she cheated on Mr. Case with?”

The unpleasant comments were making Carolyn lose her mind. “Stop it! Go away! Go away!” She yelled at the reporters.

“Oh? Now you’re scared of people finding out?”

“How will you face Mr. Case when you get back, Mrs. Case?”

“If I were Mr. Case, I would definitely file for divorce.”

“Go away!” Carolyn screamed. She held onto Sharon and yelled, “Sharon, quick, make them

go away!” As a public figure, even though Sharon knew that her mother was being framed, she did not dare to say anything.

Kisa stared coldly at the humiliation that was on Carolyn’s face. She was happy. ‘I guess she never thought that something like this would happen to her when she framed my mother. These are the consequences of her actions.”

The reporters stayed outside the house for half the day before finally dispersing. The man who slandered Carolyn was long gone by then.

The ones left in the house were Carolyn, who was outraged, and Sharon, who was crying, while Kelvin and Gracie stood at the door.
