"Bring her in." Fen Qin had the woman laid down in the guest room's bed. "Lord Xue, please remain outside." Fen Qin informed him, going back into the room. Fen Qin had Zeng Mingzhu help her with getting some herbs and materials. Grabbing her needles, she was going to try her best since there was something wrong with her pulse. Xue Yahui had been looking up what had happened which he did find that the merchants had gone another path due to some issues with taking a certain pathway. The missing people had either fallen down the cliff of another pathway they took or they were ambushed. There wasn't much information, but Xue Yahui assumed that they had likely been ambushed along the way.
Looking through it for a month, it was a good progress in his head. "I have to tell Jiang Gen about this." He would still meet up with Jiang Gen from time to time even though he had been dismissed from his duty. Xue Yahui would see him time to time doing little jobs.
