The Peremptory Casey Davies novel Chapter 163

"What's the trouble? Where are you?" Casey asked quickly.

"I was in Shawny Game Center. I broke one of their cups. They told me that the cup was worth two million. They wouldn't let me go if I didn't pay," Alexander said.

Casey frowned. He had also heard of Shawny Game Center. This game hall was similar to the one operated by Fat Guy before. They were both a game hall downstairs and a casino upstairs.

Casey didn't believe that Alexander had broken a cup, then they asked him for two million. It seemed that Alexander could not leave because he lost a fortune gambling.

"Casey, what's the matter?" Edith asked Casey.

Casey smiled and said, "It's okay, Alexander is in trouble, I just let my friend come over and solve it."

He didn't want to delay walking with Edith. Alexander's trouble was indeed a small trouble for Casey, he could just let Conor solve it.

"Wait a moment, and I will let my friend come over and solve it."

After Casey finished speaking, he hung up the phone and called Conor. He asked Conor to take someone to Shawny Game Center.

"Is it all right?" Edith asked worriedly.

"It's okay, my friend will go there. Let's go on a walk," Casey said with a smile.

Edith nodded, and started walking with Casey.

Shawny Game Center.

Alexander was standing at the door of the game hall with a look full of anxiety. In the game hall, there were a few strong guys staring at him maliciously. As long as he dared to walk out of the door of the game hall, the strong guys would rush to him immediately.

Just now Casey said he would let his friend come over to solve it, Alexander felt a bit nervous. The people in this game hall looked very domineering. He didn't know if Casey's friends could handle it.

"Guy, I advise you to give me the money as soon as possible. Don't stall, otherwise, the fists of my thugs will not be polite to you." The game hall boss glared at Alexander.

"You...you are purely cheating me. I just broke a cup, and you asked me for a million directly. Do you think I'm stupid?" Alexander stared at the game hall owner.

The game hall owner sneered and said, "Don't forget, you lost a million upstairs. If you can pay one million you lost, I wouldn't ask you for so much money because of a cup."

Alexander gritted his teeth. He did lose a million gambling. He was embarrassed to say it on the phone. Therefore, he said he had to lose two million for breaking a cup.

"You cheated at cards. Don't think I can't see it. Why should I pay it when you cheat!" Alexander said confidently.

The owner of the game hall immediately glared at Alexander and cursed, "What's wrong if I cheated? Tell you, if you can't pay two million today, I will break your hand and see if you dare to be impolite to me!"

Those strong guys all glared at Alexander, as if they would rush to beat him at any time.

Alexander was frightened immediately, but he still murmured, "My brother-in-law has called his friends over, and when they come, you will regret it."

Although he said so, Alexander was still nervous. After all, the owner of the game hall seemed very powerful. He wasn't sure whether Casey's friend was able to deal with it.

"Your brother-in-law? Who is your brother-in-law? Let me see who has such a great ability to make me regret it." The game hall owner said with disdain.
