The embarrassment on Hunter's face was so obvious that almost everyone could notice it. The chairman called him as soon as he did that. He was so awkward but had nowhere to hide.

"Okay chairman, I'll go there immediately." Hunter replied respectfully.

Even though he was now the manager of the branch office of the group, he wouldn’t dare to defy the chairman's order, and he had to reply respectfully without any dissatisfaction.

What a rough day! Everything he wanted to do didn’t go well. Hunter cursed secretly in his heart.

He found that Casey was staring at him jokingly, thinking that his bad luck must be caused by Casey, who was the bane of his day.

Diana and Edith also felt a little bit embarrassed for Hunter. After all, he was talking boastfully just now, and now he had to rush to the chairman immediately after a phone call. The contrast was kind of funny.

Hunter's face turned blue suddenly, thinking that Casey must be saying that on purpose. He was definitely making him embarrassed deliberately.

If it weren't for the chairman to call him, he would definitely stay and play the game with Casey.

"It's our chairman who is looking for me. Something important needs to be handled. Normally this is not the case." Hunter still explained.

If Hunter had known that Casey was annoyed at him, so he asked Charles to make him away, he might have vomited blood on the spot in anger.

"You can just shut up. The monitor is the manager of a company after all. You are a vagrant and you let women pay for you. What qualifications do you have to make irresponsible remarks here?" Diana said contemptuously.

He did not talk to Casey again, but turned to look at Edith, and said, "Edith, you should go to the class reunion two days later. Many classmates miss you and say that they want to see you there."

Edith nodded and said, "Well, I will try my best to go there.”
