*Kat’s POV

Its Monday morning and we are travelling to Ry’s company in his white Mercedes-AMG 1. We were driving peacefully with Dove Cameron’s ‘We Belong’ playing in the car. I just love this song and I felt it someway related to us, I mean we went different paths but still got together so duhh, we belong together.

I looked outside to see the beautiful city with tall buildings each unique in its way with people walking around. I smiled as I thought about what happened yesterday.

After the peaceful sleep I woke up from the sunlight shinning on my face. When I turned around, I didn’t find him much to my disappointment but that was soon gone the moment I smelled bacon. I walked down to see him cooking with Aunt Jennifer behind him asking, well it was not asking but more like pleading him to let her cook. I watched the whole scene with a smile on my face. I chuckled when he made her sit on one of the stools much to her already shocked face. Well, the usual cold icy CEO cooking with a smile on his face as if he isn’t a CEO is indeed a rare sight to behold.

The moment they heard my chuckle they turned around and he walked to me and wrapped his arms around my waist leaning down to peck my lips. I heard a sigh of relief from behind. We turned around to see Aunt J cooking. He chuckled shaking his head.

“You wouldn’t ever allow me to cook, will you?”

“I won’t ever move out of the kitchen again. I can’t repeat what happened last time.” She said as she concentrated on flipping the bacon, eggs, sausages.

I pushed him to side. “Aunt J tell me he won’t fire you. I can assure you that.” I said keeping him behind me.
