Transmigrated Into A Billionaire novel Chapter 53

Ace came down from the car still actively talking to Ethan as they came down from the car, Emily just kept laughing and giggling as they inched towards them, they held white polythene bags in their hands as they met up with them.

"Ricky and Amy aren't coming over?," Ethan asked as he saw their ride zoom off.

"Oh no, one has to see his needful boyfriend and the other has to work night shifts," Rachel clarified to both of them.

"Yandel, did you ask her please?," Ace asked, pulling at Yandel's shirt.

"Yeah, but she hasn't actually said yes or no," Yandel replied, before turning to meet Araceli who's lost look gave away her lack of knowledge on the subject at hand.

"Ask me what?," Rachel asked, confused as Yandel made the expression "unbelievable" before slapping his hands to his forehead.

"So the rumors are true huh, You really do have fish brains ," Yandel said, chuckling.

"No I don't, what are you even saying?," Rachel asked, even more confused.

"I asked you if Ace can stay over at our place and you can come pick him up tomorrow," Yandel repeated.

"Orrr We can both come over and spend the night at yours so that I don't have to explain to my parents why I left a 9year old in a house full of Adults," Rachel said, folding her hands.

"What do you mean by that?,"

"You calling us predators now, that what, we are going to take your not so sweet, whole vibe of a brother of yours and sell him to one of the less popular children kidnapping chains till your powerful parents try to hunt every one down and give up, then we use him for mad ransom only to kill him at the end and burn him up a stick leaving his spider man tag on it to show he is the one??..." Ethan said, looking directly at Araceli who slowly dragged Ace behind her.

Everyone was dead silent staring at Ethan who had a normal expression on his face as if he hadn't just plotted one of the sickest kidnaps and talked about burning her 9 year old brother on a stake.

"Jesus…" Emily muttered, slapping him on the head before heading back to Yandel's car.

"What???!!" Ethan exclaimed, raising his two hands up.

"You are sick, that's what" Yandel said, pushing him towards the car leaving just Araceli and him in the almost empty parking lot that prolly held cars of the works or people who were addicted to arcades.

"Sorry about that, the kid is probably sugar high and tends to ramble and say a lot of shit that he doesn't mean," Yandel apologized.

"Aracel please can I go with them, I'm sure he was probably joking," Ace said, laughing.

"Mom and Dad will probably kill him if I had a scratch on my head like they did to that…" Ace was rambling before Rachel covered his mouth to muffle his words which earned the both of them a weird and slightly scared look from Yandel.

"Sorry, he tends to ramble alot and say a lot of shit he doesn't mean when he's sugar high," Rachel played Yandel's card back at him.

"Are you kidding me?," Yandel exclaimed.

  "What?!!!" Rachel replied innocently.

"I got my eyes on both of you," Yandel said, using his fingers to point at both of them, which Ace found very funny.

"Ok I'm going with them," Ace said running towards Yandel's which the twins just sat in. Ace ran back to them holding a bag in his hand before handing it over to both of them.

"There was supposed to be two plates in there but we couldn't resist the blueberry ice cream, so we left you guys with the chocolate chips ice cream," Ace said, laughing before running back to the car shouting "mission accomplished, evacuate the area before attack," as he got into the back sit and closed the door and Emily pulled out of the parking lot.

"Drive safe!!" Yandel yelled after them but at this point, he could bet they didn't hear shit about anything he said.

"Should we be worried?," Rachel as their car bit the dust.

"I would be worried if it was just Ethan and your kid bro in the car, but they got Emily and she's driving so yeah, it's kind of a 70-30 situation at this point," Yandel said, chuckling. He looked into the bag and took out the plate, the nice scent of chocolate chips ice cream hit him.

"Common let's get going, the ice cream is about to melt and it sure as hell ain't gonna eat itself out with all that cream," Yandel smirked, winking at Rachel who just fake gagged.

"Perv" Rachel said getting into the driver's seat and Yandel got into the passenger seat.

"Wow, your car still smells the same as last time I was here," Yandel commented, putting the ice cream plate in a deep crater in between both Seats.

"What did you expect it to smell like Yandel, sex??" Rachel asked, staring at him weirdly.

"Is that a bad idea?," Yandel asked innocently, looking directly at her as silence reigned between them for some seconds before the burst into a huge fits of laughter, their voice echoed throughout the whole parking lot and they realized they were all alone at this point, so Rachel whined up the glass to at least get a shield of protection if anyone showed up with a gun, at some point, that was the advantage of hanging out with Amy and Ricky. They made her feel normal and took away the worries she had about work, about Alice and Xander, about her former life, and about the office. When she was with them, all she worried about was not throwing up from drinking alcohol.

"I think this is what happens when you hang around normal people," Yandel said, taking his first scope as Rachel pulled out of the parking lot into the road.

"Yeah, I feel you, That's why I love hanging out with them, nobody is judging you, you don't have to be cautious or follow any scripted convos, it's nice," Rachel agreed.

"I really had fun today, I'm glad I met you guys and not stayed at home sulking to you not picking my calls," Yandel muttered, giving her a side glance to check her reaction.

"You were sulking because I didn't pick your calls?," Rachel asked, with a straight face, looking sideways at him to meet his eyes after which he looked away.

"Why didn't you pick up any of my calls?," Yandel asked, still looking down to his phone which he kept flipping around on his lap.

  "Why??" Rachel asked.

"Yeah why, I called like 27 times, I mean I would have gone on calling you but Ems said it would be creepy and that the limit was supposed to be two but I have well exceeded that point so I couldn't say anything again, I drafted a text but declined sending it, It was dripping in whines and complaint," Yandel gave a dry chuckle at the end.

  "Because…" Rachel sighed.

  "Because???"

"Because I didn't know what to say to be honest and that's it,"

"I didn't know what to say to you, that night, you couldn't look me in the eyes, and you were in tears for God Sake, I didn't know how else to return your calls or pick them without being weird about it," Rachel explained.
