Cain POV

I was as if I woke up from a deep sleep because of what Monique told me, I wanted to help and understand Jewel so that she wouldn't feel alone but I added to her problem.

And now that I was talking to her, she still remained bent over and not looking at me. She had been like this since I came home one day and she cooked food for me as a peace offering but I refused it and said I was full because I had finished eating.

After that incident I noticed that she is starting to distance herself from me, I often saw her looking at me but she is always silent even Monique also noticed it.
